Several of you have asked about quilt retreats for this Spring. Yes, I will be having two retreats this Spring, and another three retreats this Fall. Dates are below:
Spring Retreats
March 12 – 14, 2009 – Ashland, NE (Between Omaha and Lincoln, NE)
March 26 – 28, 2009 – Indianola, IA (South of Des Moines, IA about 20 minutes)
There will not be a retreat this Spring at Inwood, IA. I had checked already with them last October for a Spring date and there was not one weekend available. I will keep you posted if we have one there in the Fall or next Spring.
Fall Retreats
October 1 – 3, 2009 – Ashland, NE (Between Omaha and Lincoln, NE)
October 15 – 17, 2009 – Ashland, NE (Between Omaha and Lincoln, NE)
November 12 – 14, 2009 – Indianola, IA (South of Des Moines, IA about 20 minutes)

I am also creating an email list for updates on this topic (since at this time the only firm information I can give you is the dates of the retreat, still negotiating on the quilt pattern). To be on the email list, please simply post a comment request either here or on the quilt retreats tab – and I or my assistant Heather will let you know as soon as there are any updates.

Yes, LaVonne – beginners are always welcome at the retreats. Since time is running short for registration, I suggest you call me if you want to attend (phone number is on the registration form). We’d love to have you!
