Fall Retreats Have Begun

The first fall quilt retreat was held this last weekend in Inwood, IA.  What a great time everyone had getting together again.  The different combinations of fabrics used by each quilter were beautiful and unique.  By using the darks for the points, they’re almost floating! You can see some of the different combinations they chose for their Jelly Stars quilt in the pictures below.  One quilter thought her star should be 3D instead of 2D – oops!
